What do you think, do our brains make us play more often or does play change our brains?
Our brains make us play more often. When you come in contact with a game that fulfills your interes, that is the first sign your brain is giving you to addiction. From then your brain makes you think you need to constantly play the game. This is from personal experience. WHile it is challenging to break the addiction its not impossible.
